Did your company have a different name?

Yes, TFElectric was formally Tendai Furusa Electrician. The company has gone through a rebranding but still retains the same ownership/management.

Is TFElectric licensed?

Yes, we are fully licensed:

Master Electrician License #22422 A
Journeyman Electrician # 12237 B
Master NH License # 14102 M

Are you Insured?

Absolutely. We have a comprehensive insurance policy.

Do you provide a warranty?

We provide a 1 year labor warranty on all work we perform.

Do you have employees or do you use subcontractors?

We use our trained crews as well as only use fully licensed and insured subcontractors.

During what hours can I schedule an appointment?

We remain very flexible regarding meeting times to best accommodate your availability.

How long is a typical consultation?

Each consultation is based on individual need, however, our typical consultations will last about 1 – 2   hours. This allows us time to thoroughly discuss your project with you and answer any questions you may have.

What is Trouble Shooting?

Troubleshooting is the investigative time necessary to locate the source of your electrical issue.We are fully trained to get to the bottom of your electrical problem quickly and accurately. We will listen to you concerns, examine and test your electrical wiring and give you an accurate estimate of the work that needs to be done.

How many technicians will be dispatched to me for service?

This depends on the job you request. In most cases, only one electrician is necessary. However, on larger jobs,  We may dispatch two or more in order to get the job done efficiently and on time.

Will you fix the problem the same day?

In most cases, yes. The majority of service calls are completed the same day. However, some electrical problems require government inspections and/or permits. In these cases, we work around your availability and the schedules of these agencies.

Why do circuit breakers trip?

The most common reason for a circuit breaker tripping is an overload. This means you have too many items plugged into or turned on in the circuit. Another reason for circuit breakers to trip is a short circuit caused by faulty wiring, appliances or fixtures.  We will swiftly and accurately diagnose the issue for you.

How soon after I purchase a special deal item will I receive a call to schedule an appointment?

With all of our communications, we will typically respond within 24 hours.

Is your site secured for making payments?

Yes, uses the thirt party payment gateway, Stripe, which is fully Encrypted and secure

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes, we have a refund policy. For special offers and deals that are purchased on our website, you can request a refund, if the work has yet to be performed. Once the work has been performed, no refunds can be issued.

Project payments made on our “Make a Payment” page, do not qualify for refunds as they are typically booked and materials may have been purchased. These are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have any questions.
